Rates are for all hours used; please plan for setup, teardown, and cleaning during booked times.

We book no more than one year in advance.
We do not book events for January and February dates, but we do have showings during those months.

We don’t book for ticketed event or public events. Our space is for private, invitation-only events.

Alcohol: You can bring and serve your own alcohol, but you can’t sell it, charge a cover charge, serve to minors, or in any other way violate Ohio liquor laws. You are not required to have a paid bartender (Ohio does not license bartenders).

For events with alcohol (whether you are serving it or allowing your guests to bring their own—anytime there’s alcohol on the premises during your contract hours), our contract requires liability event insurance with our company named as additional insured. You can purchase this insurance online (search something like “one day event liability insurance”) or through your insurance agent. We are not insurance agents and do not sell the coverage; please consult a licensed agent for information on purchasing alcohol event insurance which will cover you, and us.

Here’s how we book:

  • We have a showing. We don’t book events without a showing and without meeting the person renting the space.

  • If you like the space, and the dates and times you’re looking for are available, we’ll sign a contract. At contract signing, we’ll also ask for ID (like a driver’s license) of the responsible party signing the contract.

  • Full payment of rental fee and building security deposit** are due at contract signing.

  • Payment via check or cash only (sorry, we don’t take debit or credit cards). Bookings made less than 10 business days prior to event must be made by cash or certified funds.

Sorry, no dates are held without full payment, including building security deposit**, and signed contract.

No refunds of rental fee for cancellation. No transfer of rental fee to another date. If you cancel for any reason, your building security deposit** will be returned, but there is no refund of the rental fee.

**Building security deposit is to secure against damages to our facility and is not a deposit for the rental fee. The building security deposit is returned after event, less any outstanding charges and/or fees for damages beyond normal wear and tear. Minimum building security deposit is $300 for single day events, $500 for multi-day events (subject to type of event and expected attendance).
