When you book the space, you have exclusive use of both the upper and lower levels, along with the private, fenced grounds (weather-permitting). Tables and chairs for inside use are included.
You bring your own food or caterer, and alcohol.

The upper level has a 2,000 sq. ft. hardwood dance floor, 380 sq. ft. stage, and seats up to 100 people.
The lower level includes a full kitchen, serving bar, and seats 104 people.
